30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items should be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned with original tags and packaging whenever possible

Please note that products showing signs of wear or misuse may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

No problem.

If the item you want is available, we'll gladly help you exchange it for another size or style.

Simply contact our customer support team before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or selecting the wrong item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product, we'll take responsibility and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse, but mistakes can occasionally happen.

If your package arrives with:

  • A damaged item

  • A manufacturing defect

  • The wrong product

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Our team will review your request promptly and provide the best available solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Worn or washed products

  • Items without original condition

  • Products damaged through improper use

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless required by local law)

Refunds

Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take several business days to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Order Cancellation

Changed your mind?

If your order hasn't entered processing yet, we'll do our best to cancel it.

Once production or shipping has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. If that happens, we'll help you with the available return or exchange options after delivery.

Before You Return Anything
